Premium Palm Kernel Shells Supplier
Premium Palm Kernel Shell (PKS) Supply
Woatome has developed a robust Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) that enables the ethical sourcing, processing, and supply of up to 15,000 metric tons of premium Palm Kernel Shells (PKS) annually.
Our sourcing model is powered by digital traceability, including our Palm Fruit Trader Geo-Registry, which captures production, environmental, and supply-chain data from origin to shipment. Designed to support the documentation and traceability expectations of international biomass markets—including the sustainability principles underpinning EU RED II and RED III—our system provides buyers with transparent, auditable records throughout the supply chain.
A key performance standard within our operation is that all PKS must originate from palm kernels cracked within 72 hours before reaching a Woatome aggregation point. This ensures fresh material enters our supply chain while eliminating vintage stock that can compromise quality and calorific performance.
Following documented inspection and batch registration, PKS is transported to a dedicated processing facility where it is cleaned, dried, and refined through incremental quality assessments that preserve consistency, minimize contaminants, and maintain optimum energy value. Once the required moisture specification is achieved, the material is packaged and prepared for export.
Every customer has unique technical requirements. Woatome works closely with buyers to produce and supply PKS that meets their specifications while overseeing operations in alignment with internationally recognized standards, including Good Agricultural and Collection Practices (GACP), the Codex Alimentarius, and other applicable global quality benchmarks.
Although Woatome is a growing enterprise, we combine modern digital systems with strong relationships across established producers and emerging supply partners to deliver scalable, ethical, and fully traceable biomass solutions for global markets.
