Cancellation Policy

Where cancellation is accepted, costs already incurred—including procurement, labor, transportation, testing, packaging, inspections, permits, administrative expenses, or third-party services—may remain payable.

Returns, Claims & Dispute Resolution

Because most transactions involve agricultural commodities, industrial raw materials, or custom-processed goods produced specifically for contract buyers, Woatome generally does not accept product returns.

Instead, any concerns should be addressed through the contractual claims process.

Claims may include:

Customers should notify Woatome promptly after delivery and provide supporting documentation such as photographs, inspection reports, laboratory analysis, or shipping records.

Force Majeure

Agricultural supply chains may be affected by events beyond the reasonable control of either party.
