In network Cocoa Farmers Co-operative requests a sustainable sourcing alignment where Cocoa Butter Assembly line equipment is honored by the buyer for 40 MT Yearly capacity at 100 kg/hr.
Pricing is therefore locked in for the tenure of the contract. 3 years.
Pricing per kg will be significantly less than futures pricing. EST 60% less. due to vertical integration and alignment model .
Woatome will be facilitating and running operations for the buyer.

The beans will be sourced from a CO-OP where the farmers prefer 3 year sourcing model over spot buys.
